To apply the product, place it into a plastic bucket that is already filled with swimming pool water. The amount needed should be in a ratio of up to 2 pounds of product per approximate 5-gallon bucket of water. It is important to slowly pour this solution around the perimeter of the swimming pool while the circulating system is operating. However, it is essential to avoid adding more than 10 pounds of this product to a 10,000-gallon pool within a 2 hour period.
